Red Velvet Muffin

 


IngredientMethod
1 B eggs
90g milk
60g veg oil
70g caster sugar
90g LP flour
10g cocoa powder 
25g red rice yeast powder
5g baking soda
1 tsp vanilla essence

chocolate chips
white chocolate chips



                                                                                
1. Sift flour, red rice yeast powder, cocoa powder and baking soda.
2. Beat the egg, milk, veg oil, vanilla essence and sugar until combined.
3. Slowly add the dry ingredients until blended. 
4. Pour the batter into cupcakes paper case, top with some chocolate chips, bake @ 180C for 25-35 minutes or until cooked.
