250g butter
160g caster sugar
2 B egg yolks
250g LP flour
120g Corn flour
50g custard powder
2 tbsp milk powder
purple sweet potato powder
Cherry Blossom Topping: Red cherries, cut into small pieces
Doggie: purple sweet potato powder red yeast powder |
1. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Beat in egg yolks and fold in flour mixture to make a soft dough.
3. Divide into two portions, 1st portion mix with purple sweet potato powder and the last portion remain as plain.
4. To create cherry blossom: Pipe rosettle with plain and purple dough and top with sliced cherry. To create doggie: refer to the image showed.
5. Bake at 180C for 10-15 minutes.
