Pineapple Cheese Tarts




IngredientMethod
Tart base


Cheese filling
90g Cream cheese, soften
15g butter
1 grade B egg
10g Cornstarch
10g LP flour
30g Sour cream
10g Granulated sugar
10g Condensed Milk
40g Homemade pineapple filling @ pineapple jam
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
5ml lemon juice

Topping:
Homemade pineapple filling @ pineapple jam

                                                                                                                                                                                             
1. filling: Beat cream cheese, butter, condensed Milk and sugar  until smooth. Then Add egg and beating well. Stir lemon juice, vanilla, corn starch, LP flour, sour cream and pineapple jam and mix well.
2.  Pour the filling into the tart base. Top with some pineapple jam. Bake for 20min @ 180C. Let it refrigerate for a couple of hours before serve.
