Tart base Filling: 30-40g caster sugar 1 tsp vanilla essence 2 tbsp custard powder 250g full milk 1tbsp butter Topping: any type of fruits: slice of strawberry, grape, kiwi, peach and etc | 1. filling: Heat all ingredients except butter in a large heatproof bowl in a low heat. Stir occasionally until thicken enough. Remove from heat and add butter and stir until combine. Allow to cool before transfer into piping bag.
2. Pipe the custard into the tart base. Top with some fruits. Let it refrigerate for a couple of hours before serve.
