Chocolate Oreo Kek Lapis Cheesecake




IngredientMethod
Kek Lapis 
1/8 of kek lapis recipe

Cheese batter: 
250g cream cheese
60g caster sugar
40g oreo cookies, mashed
1tsp vanilla essence

Chocolate Cake:
180g butter
150g caster sugar
3 A eggs
3 tbsps cocoa powder
120g LP flour
1tsp baking powder                                                           
Cheese batter: 
1. Beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
2, Add in vanila essence and oreo cookies and continue beat until combined, set aside.

Chocolate Cake:
1. Beat the butter and sugar until light.
2. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing each until fully incorporated.
3. Slowly add the dry ingredients and beat on low speed until well combined.

Assembly:
1. Pour the kek lapis batter into 9" round cake pan. Baked layer per layer until kek lapis batter finish.
2, Pour half of the chocolate cake batter onto the kek lapis carefully.
3. Pour the Cheese batter filling into the pan and spread carefully to cover the surface.
4. Pour remaining of the chocolate cake batter into the pan and smear the surface.
5. Bake @ 160C for 60 minutes or until cooked.
