235 grams dark chocolate 50ml homemade light corn syrup (*1.5 recipe), appr 76g 40g honey | 1. Melt your chocolate in the microwave about 1-1.5 min @ medium heat. Careful not to burn it. 2. Let the chocolate cool for just a few minutes before adding light corn syrup & honey. 3. Mix thoroughly until combined. The chocolate will start to form a soft ball when keep stirring for about 10 minutes. 4. Cover it in plastic film and chill it. It is preferable to let the chocolate plastic rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight. 5. Take the chocolate plastic out of the refrigerator. It will be hard as a rock. Leave it on a counter for 30 minutes to soften slightly. *makes appr 345g |
