Curry Prawn

 


IngredientMethod
500g prawns


1 1/3 cup milk
1 1/3 cup water
1/2 tbsp chopped garlic
1/2tbsp chopped ginger
1-2 curry leaf



Seasoning:
A:
60g sugar
30g light soy sauce
1/2tsp pepper powder

B: (mix well)
30g fish curry powder
15g meat curry powder
60g water



6tbsp veg oil
                                                                                                   
1. Heat the pan over medium heat, add veg oil and put the prawns and fry until both side slightly cooked. Remove from heat and set aside.
2. Prepare sauce: Heat up cooking oil, saute chopped garlic and ginger until fragrant.
3. Add the curry leaf and curry powder mixture and cook until combined.
4. At the medium low heat, add milk and water and seasoning A and keep stirring until combined Cooked until boiled. 
5. Add the prawn and cook for 1-2min. Remove and served.
