Pandan Cupcakes
B 鸡蛋 4粒
幼糖 150g
LP面粉 125g
apito pandan 2tsp
融化牛油 30g
发粉 1.5茶匙
1.用搅拌机把鸡蛋和幼糖打至松发。
2.然后apito pandan 和融化牛油加入粉类,使用刮刀翻拌均匀。
3. 倒入蛋糕模具8分满,再消泡。
4.已经夠热烤 180度C 烤20-25 分钟至金黄色即可。
