Gula Melaka Butter Cake

200g butter
240g LP flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
2.5 tsp baking powder
100g caster sugar
3 A eggs
80g gula melaka+80ml water
1 tsp vanilla essence
60g milk

                                                                                                                                                             
1. Sift flour, baking powder and baking soda.
2. Beat the butter and sugar until creamy, light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing each until fully incorporated.
4. Slowly add the dry ingredients, alternately with milk until well combined.
5. Add vanilla essence, melted gula melaka and beat on low speed until blended. 
6. Pour the batter into 4*9" prepared pan, bake @ 180C for first 20min, carefully use a knife to cut a line at the middle of surface, send back to oven and continue bake for another 25-35 minutes or until cooked.
