Chocolate Glaze



IngredientMethod
25g butter
30g cocoa powder
100g sugar
1 A egg yolk
1 tsp coffee powder
40ml water
1/2 tsp salt
160ml milk
45g corn flour                  
1 tsp vanilla essence 

1. Cook all ingredients except vanilla essence over low fire until thick.
2. Cool mixture, add vanilla and mix well.
3. Strain through a sieve to remove lump.
4. Store into container and chill until ready to use.
