Passion Fruit Cheesecake




IngredientMethod
Cheesecake:
420g cream cheese
40g butter
90g caster sugar
50g condensed milk
4B eggs 
165g milk  
35g passion fruit juice
1 tbsp passion fruit seed
60g passion fruit powder
25g LP flour  
1/2 tsp salt       


topping:
100g white chocolate cream
1 1/2 passion fruit
                      
1. Beat together the cream cheese, butter, condensed milk & sugar, until thick and creamy.
2. Add the eggs, one at a time and continue mixing until the mixture is well blended.
3. Fold in powders, milk, flour and corn starch and mix until well combined.
4. Pour passion fruit into it and stir well.
5. Pour batter into 8" cake pan  
6. Bake at 160C for 60-80mins with bain marie method.
7. Cool completely and chill overnight.
8. Fold white chocolate cream with passion fruit until combined. 
9. Spread the cream over the cake and decorate as desired
