200g butter 200g LP flour 1.5 tsp baking powder 130g caster sugar 4 A eggs 5g coffee powder+ 45g hot water | 1. Sift flour and baking powder . 2. Beat the butter and sugar until creamy, light and fluffy. 3. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing each until fully incorporated. 4. Slowly add the dry ingredients 5. Add coffee and beat on low speed until combined. 6. Pour the batter into 7" prepared pan, bake @ 160C for 60min or until cooked. |
