1 B eggs 90g milk 60g veg oil 60g icing sugar
120g LP flour
15g cocoa powder
5g baking soda 1 tsp vanilla essence chocolate chips

1. Sift flour, cocoa powder and baking soda.
2. Beat the egg, milk, veg oil, vanilla essence and sugar until combined.
3. Slowly add the dry ingredients until blended.
4. Pour the batter into cupcakes paper case, top with some chocolate chips, bake @ 180C for 25-35 minutes or until cooked. *makes 6 cupcakes |
