Red Velvet Oreo Cheesecake

preparation: 2pack of 133g Red Velvet  Oreo cookies, separate out the cream

Base Crust:
2pk  Red Velvet  Oreo cookies, 200g
80g butter


Cheesecake: 
250g Cream cheese, soften
2pk of Oreo sandwich cream
3 grade B Eggs
60g Sour cream
30g Condensed Milk
65g mascarpone cheese
50g milk
15g corn flour
10g LP flour
1 tsp vanilla essence


6-9pcs Red Velvet Oreo cookies, crushed


Base Crust:
1. Crush the oreo cookies and mix well with butter.
2. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
3. Press the crumbs into a 7 inch springform pan to form a crust; prick all over with a fork.
4. Bake 10-15 minutes at 180C, set aside.


Cheesecake: 
1. Beat cream cheese, oreo cream and condensed milk until smooth. Then add egg, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well.
2. Pour the batter into cake pan, and place and press the crushed Oreo cookies into it. . Bake for 50-60min (bain marie method), 170C. Lets cool completely.
