绍兴腊肠蒸鸡

材料
:
鸡腿 4只
2条腊肠,切块
姜丝 5片
腌料:
生抽 1tbsp
糖20克
盐1茶匙
胡椒粉适量
调味料
:
1/2杯 水
胡椒粉适量
糖20克
盐1/2茶匙
3大匙绍兴酒
1. 鸡腿放入全部腌料,冷藏腌2小时。
2. 热祸加2汤匙油稍微煎一煎鸡腿,取出,鸡肉放入另外一个大碗,加入姜
丝
、
腊肠和调味料
,再大火蒸20-25分钟至熟。
