Matcha Rosettle Butter Cookies


Ingredient
Method
125g butter
80g caster sugar
1 B egg yolks
85g LP flour
40g HP flour
60g Corn flour
25g custard powder
5-7g matcha powder
1 tbsp milk powder



Topping: green cherry, cut into small pcs



1. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Beat in egg yolks and fold in flour mixture to make a soft dough.
3. Divide dough into two portion: 1st portion mix with matcha powder and next portion remain plain.
3. Pipe rosettle and top with cherry.
4. Bake at 180C for 20-25 minutes.
