鸡胸肉	1. 鸡胸肉切成小片厚2-3mm 左右。 2. 把鸡肉片状放在硅油纸上。 3. 烤箱，165度，40分钟取出，把鸡肉片翻面，再继续烘烤40分钟至金褐色即可。
