Oreo Lemon Cheesecake






IngredientsMethods
Crust:
1/3 of homemade oreo cookies


Cheesecake
170g Cream cheese, soften
25g butter
30g caster sugar
2 grade B Eggs
60g Sour cream
25g Condensed Milk
55g lemon custard sauce
55g milk
10g corn flour
10g LP flour
1 tsp vanilla essence

4-6pcs Thin Oreo Lemon cookies


Topping: 
2-3pcs Thin Oreo Lemon cookies, crushed









                                                                                                                                                            
Crust: 
1. Base: step refer here.
2. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
3. Press the crumbs into a 6 inch springform pan to form a crust; prick all over with a fork.
4. Bake 12-15 minutes at 180C until the crust is cooked through.

Cheesecake
1. Beat cream cheese, butter, condensed milk and sugar  until smooth. Then add egg, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well.
2. Pour half of the batter into cake pan, and place the thin Oreo Lemon cookies into it. Carefully pour the remaining batter (reserved 1 tbsp and mix with 1tbsp of lemon custard sauce to create marble on top the cake, this is optional). Bake for 50-60min (bain marie method), 170C. Lets cool completely.
