椰香杯子蛋糕
B 鸡蛋 3粒
幼糖 100g
LP面粉 60g
high fiber 椰子粉 40g
vanilla essence 1tsp
融化牛油 40g
发粉 1.5茶匙
1.用搅拌机把鸡蛋和幼糖打至松发。
2.然后vanilla essence和融化牛油,再加入粉类,使用刮刀翻拌均匀。
3. 倒入蛋糕模具8分满,再消泡。
4.已经夠热烤 180度C 烤20-25 分钟至金黄色即可。
