260g SCS salted butter 280g LP flour 1 tsp baking powder 170g caster sugar 5 B eggs 1tsp vanilla essence 100g milk 1/2tsp baking soda 20g cocoa powder+ 15g milk | 1. Sift flour and baking powder . 2. Beat the butter and sugar until creamy, light and fluffy. 3. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing each until fully incorporated. 4. Slowly add the dry ingredients 5. Add milk and beat on low speed until combined. 6. Divide into two equal portion. One portion mix well with cocoa mixture and another remain as plain batter. 7. Pour 2-3tbsp of plain batter into 8" cake pan alternate with cocoa batter until finished. 8. Bake @ 160C for 60-80min |
