凤梨酥饼


Ingredient
Method
280g butter
120g icing sugar
1 B egg 
210g LP flour
200g HP flour
20g milk powder
70g custard powder
1/2tsp baking powder
1/2tsp salt


1. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Beat in egg and fold in flour mixture to make a soft dough.
3. Pipe out the dough and place a piece of pineapple filling and carefully roll up the dough and cut it. 
4. Spread some egg wash on top.
5. Bake at 160C for 25-30 minutes.
