115g purple sweet potato, cooked 75g wheat starch 115g rice flour 3g instant yeast 70g caster sugar 1/2 tsp salt 375g full milk / coconut milk | 1. Blend cooked purple potato, milk, sugar and yeast until no smooth. 2. Add flours and stir until combined. 3. Pass/sieve the batter thru strainer to remove big lump. 4. Set for 10-15minutes. 5. Greased the cake moulds with veg oil. 6. Pour the batter into the cake moulds. 7. Steam for 15minutes. |
