12 tiger prawns 1.5 tbsp butter 1.5 tbsp mayonnaise 1 tbsp minced garlic pinch of ground black pepper pinch of parsley flakes 2pc of emborg mozzarella cheese sandwich, cut into small pcs 2tbsp shredded cheddar cheese | 1.Rinse your prawn under cool water and pat them dry with a paper towel. 2. Butterfly your prawn and devein it. 3. Place them on a baking sheet lined up with foil. 4. Put a spoonful of filling on each prawn, spread the extra shredded cheddar cheese on top and bake at 180C for 10-12 minutes. Serve and enjoy. |
