Cheese cookies

Ingredient
Method
120g butter
60g caster sugar
100g cream cheese
25g beaten egg  
150g LP flour
60g Corn flour
60g cheddar cheese, shredded  
1 tbsp milk powder







1. Beat cream cheese, butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Beat in egg yolks and fold in flour mixture to make a soft dough.
3. Add shredded cheddar cheese and mix until combined.
3. Shape into ball shape and brush with egg wash.
4. Bake at 180C for 20-25 minutes.
