Cheese batter: 180g cream cheese 60g caster sugar 70g sour cream 1tsp vanilla essence 10g strawberry powder 15ml water 1tsp red yeast rice powder
Chocolate Cake: 180g butter 150g caster sugar 3B eggs 40g cocoa powder 120g LP flour 1tsp baking powder 1tsp vanilla essence | Cheesee batter: 1. Beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. 2, Add in vanila essence, coffee and sour cream and continue beat until combined.
Chocolate Cake: 1. Beat the butter and sugar until light. 2. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing each until fully incorporated. 3. Slowly add the dry ingredients and beat on low speed until well combined.
Assembly: 1. Pour half of the chocolate batter into 9" round cake pan. 2. Pour the Cheese batter filling into the pan and spread carefully to cover the batter. 4. Pour the remaining cake batter into the pan and smear the surface. 5. Bake @ 170C for 70-80 minutes or until cooked. |
