Chocolate Icing Paste




IngredientMethod
30g butter
40g cocoa powder
120g sugar
1 tsp coffee powder
1/2 tsp salt
225g milk
40g corn flour                  
1 tsp vanilla essence  
1. Cook all ingredients using double boiled method except vanilla essence over low fire until thick.
2. Cool mixture, add vanilla and coat the cake.

*makes apprv 345g
