4-5 medium mashed ripe banana 4-5 tbsp sweetened condensed milk 2 tsp vanilla extract 250ml heavy whipping cream optional: chocolate chips, peanut butter | 1. whisk the cream in a bowl to stiff peak. 2. Stir the banana together with the sc milk and vanilla. 3. Fold 1/3 of the banana mixture into the cream. Fold in another 1/3. Fold in the last third of banana mixture. 4. Cover and freeze until soft set, stirring occasionally (about 2 hours). Besides, placed a small bowl with 1/2 cup peanut butter in the freezer to harden. 5. Beat the mixture until fluffy. Stir in the chocolate chip. Pinch off teaspoon size dollops of peanut butter and fold them into the ice cream for perfect peanut butter swirls. 6.
