220g SCS salted butter 220g LP flour 1 tsp baking powder 150g caster sugar 5 B eggs 110g milk 15g veg oil 1tsp vanilla essence 5 slide sandwich cheddar cheese | 1. Sift flour and baking powder . 2. Beat the butter, oil and sugar until creamy, light and fluffy. 3. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing each until fully incorporated. 4. Slowly add the dry ingredients 5. Add milk and beat on low speed until just combined. 6. Pour half of the batter into 8" prepared pan then place the cheddar cheese over it.7. Pour the remaining batter and bake @ 160C for 60-80min |
