Chocolate Cheese Scone

 



IngredientMethod
dough: 
250g LP flour
15g cocoa powder  
60g butter, room temp.
40g caster sugar  
100g milk 
1B beaten egg 
1/2tsp baking powder 
 


cheese filling:
300g cream cheese
30g caster sugar
10g cocoa powder
40g dark chocolate, melted
40g oreo, crushed   

topping: mini oreo                              
1. Beat all the cheese filling until combined and chill for 1 hr or above to harden.
2. On the other hand, combine butter and sugar until combined. 
3. Add dry ing and continue mix until coarse crumbs form. 
4. Add in beaten eggs and milk and knead into dough.
5. Divide the chilled cheese filling into small equal portions.
6. Flatten the dough into round shape and place a pc of cheese filling and wrap it.
7. Top with a pc of mini oreo cookies.
8. Bake 25-30 minutes at 160C.
