Cheese batter: 330g cream cheese 90g caster sugar 40g sour cream 1tbsp premium mint essence 8g mint powder Chocolate Cake: 240g butter 200g caster sugar 4 B eggs 4tbsp cocoa powder 160g LP flour 2tsp baking powder | Cheese batter: 1. Beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. 2, Add in essence, mint powder and sour cream and continue beat until combined. Chocolate Cake: 1. Beat the butter and sugar until light. 2. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing each until fully incorporated. 3. Slowly add the dry ingredients and beat on low speed until well combined. 1. Pour half of the chocolate batter into 8" round cake pan.Assembly: 2. Pour the Cheese batter filling into the pan and spread carefully to cover the batter. 4. Pour the remaining cake batter into the pan and smear the surface. 5. Bake @ 170C for 70-80 minutes or until cooked. |
