Banana Spongy Cake

5pc @ 273g Ripped banana, mashed ( I used pisang berangan)
50g condensed milk
170g veg oil   
220g LP flour
3/4 tsp fine salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda

5 B eggs
135g light brown sugar

Topping: chocolate chips
                                                                                                                                 


1. Combine mashed banana, condensed milk veg oil, salt and flours in a big bowl until cooperated. Set aside.
2. Whisk the eggs and sugar in the mixing bowl in high speed for 10-15 minutes till pale, thick, fluffy and ribbon stage.
3. Fold 1/3 of step2 into step1 batter mixture and mix to lighten the batter.
4. Add the rest of the step2 and fold gently using spatula until well combined.
5. Pour batter into a 8/9 inch cake pan (lined base).
6. Gently tap the cake pan on the table top to release air bubbles. 
7. Top with chocolate chips.
8. Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 55 minutes or until cooked.
