A: 120g milk 150g veg oil 160g LP flour 40g cocoa powder 3/4 tsp fine salt 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1tsp vanilla extract B: 5 B eggs 150g light brown sugar 1/2tbsp coffee powder frosting (combine well): 50g dark chocolate coins, melted 20g sour cream white chocolate coins | 1. Combine ing A in a big bowl until cooperated. Set aside. 2. Whisk the eggs, coffee powder and sugar in the mixing bowl in high speed for 10-15 minutes till pale, thick, fluffy and ribbon stage. 3. Fold 1/3 of step2 into step1 batter mixture and mix to lighten the batter. 4. Add the rest of the step2 and fold gently using spatula until well combined. 5. Pour batter into a 7/8 inch cake pan (lined base). 6. Gently tap the cake pan on the table top to release air bubbles. 7. Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 55 minutes or until cooked. |
